Evelyn has always held a love and curiosity for homes, but her true passion is to educate, empower and navigate people through significant and meaningful life events; that is what fills her with joy.  Her background in birth; supporting birthing families since 1985, has prepared her well for work in Real Estate. 

She has built her business on building relationships, transparency, connection and a strong commitment to her clients.  She is responsive, organized, detail oriented and solution-focused.  Licensed in 2018, Evelyn has an abundance of knowledge and expertise in buying and selling homes.  With this, brings her “Standard of Excellence”.

Maine holds a unique quality of life, like no other and she recognizes this. Her roots and family are here. Born and raised in Bangor, Evelyn hasn’t traveled too far from home.  She lives in Brewer with her husband and dogs.  In her free time, she loves to entertain friends and family, spend time at her camp on Springy Pond and travel to tropical destinations in the cold weather months! 

In 2020 Evelyn joined the Manon de Carlo team.  Having had the privilege of working hand in hand and mentoring with one of the best!  In 2023 Evelyn took a step forward and took over as the lead of the team.  She and Manon continue to work side by side bringing you more than 35 years of knowledge and wisdom to assist you in buying or selling.
